Julie Gessin serves as the COO of Schweiger Dermatology Group—the fourth-largest U.S. dermatology consolidated practice. With over 75 practices and 1000 employees, Julie leads exceptional patient experience, employee experience, operational success, and growth.
Julie oversees all offices: pathology lab, acquisitions and integrations of new practices, training and development, credentialing and payer relationships, and many of the enterprise business’ technology platforms. Julie oversees the patient experience with a Net Promoter Score of 80 and has built the company’s online reputation with thousands of reviews—over 90% are 4 and 5 stars.

Focusing on patient experience, she solves problems affecting the organization to standardize processes and provides leadership to increase provider development. Julie enjoys assembling highly productive, efficient, and collaborative teams to execute company missions and goals.
