Peter Grayson, LCDP

Director of Addiction & Recovery

Having spent over a decade vertically integrated through the addiction treatment space — from person in recovery to a seasoned clinician turned disruptive healthcare executive, Peter was integral to the creation and leadership of the first medically driven, comprehensive addiction treatment facility run by physicians, utilizing psychedelic assisted therapy and plant medicine.

Peter believes that multiple pathways to recovery can coexist— and further, that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Peter has a private practice, The Flow Initiative, providing ongoing therapy and coaching for individuals and families facilitating and sustaining transformational change.
