Nushama’s NAD+ Infusion Protocol

Loading Phase: Administer NAD+ intravenously twice weekly for 4 weeks, with an initial dose of **500 mg /day. We may increase the dose up to 1000mg/d depending on the patient’s weight, tolerance, and clinical presentation.

Maintenance Phase: Administer NAD+ infusions once weekly (500 mg to 750 mg per session) for 4 weeks, followed by as-needed treatments based on symptom recurrence, usually once a month maintenance infusion.
